How soon will my transmission arrive?
On average, we have 5,000 in-stock, ready-to-ship transmissions. If your transmission happens to be one of those, you can expect to see it within 48-72 hours. If the transmission you need is still in the remanufacturing process, shipping times will vary.

What do I do with my core?
Give us a call and we will set up the core return process for you, the cost is included up front.

What if my core is damaged?
Not a problem. Our No-Hassle Core Return policy means that your damaged core won’t affect your core reimbursement amount.

What’s my warranty?
You get a 3 year/unlimited mileage warranty on standard and commercial applications. Click here for more ETE REMAN warranty information.

What if I sell my vehicle before the warranty expires?
Because your ETE REMAN warranty is attached to your vehicle’s VIN, it’s still covered, regardless of ownership.

What if I have a warranty issue?
Even though we have the lowest rate of failure in the industry, warranty claims happen. Should you need to start a claim, call or text 800-934-9479, or email support4@etereman.com.

What do I need to start a warranty claim?
To start a claim, please have your full VIN, serial number, current mileage, customer complaint, codes, and fluid condition/fill level. Also, to ensure a quick turnaround from our technicians for a diagnosis, please have the vehicle at the repair facility that will be doing the warranty work.

What kinds of updates does ETE REMAN do to its transmissions?
Each transmission that ETE REMAN produces is fully remanufactured and meets or exceeds OE requirements. In addition to replacing worn or broken parts, our Research and Development department has identified points of failure in the original design that are corrected in the remanufacturing process. To top it all off, each unit is dyno tested using simulated road conditions to make sure it’ll perform for you.
